Millions of children play and have fun surrounded by rubbish, cows, rats and excrement. Garib Nagar, in Mumbai's Bandra East district, is home to Rubina, a 12 year-old girl who dreams of becoming an actress so that she can change the slum and make it into a clean, liveable place.
