Omar is a young Palestinian boy accustomed to dodging bullets as he scales the wall to visit his secret love, Nadia. By day he works in a bakery, and by night plots armed resistance against the Israeli occupying forces with his childhood friends Tarek –Nadia's brother– and Amjad. But one day his life changes completely. Nothing will be the same for him and for Nadia. He will find himself sucked into a whirlwind of violence, betrayal, hatred and acts of loyalty... where he will try to remain faithful to his principles as he fights for his life and his love.

New film by the Palestinian filmmaker Hany Abu-Assad, who brought us the hugely successful Paradise Now (2005).
