Pauso Berriak is an initiative promoted and managed jointly by Atzegi and Gureak with the aim of offering job opportunities in community and visible environments (education centres, museums, residential centres, town councils, offices, companies, shops, etc.) to people with learning difficulties in Gipuzkoa. By means of screening videos on specific work experiences, and also by means of the personal opinions of the families, of people with disability, companies and workmates, this act endeavours to highlight the value of the contribution made by these people, through their work, to creating a more supportive, fairer and more inclusive society, in addition to fostering positive personal relations that mutually enrich all involved.
