Benjamin is destined to become a great doctor. He’s sure of it. But his first experience as an intern at the hospital where his father works doesn’t go as he hoped. Practice turns out to be harder than theory. Responsibility is high, his father doesn’t pay him much attention and his colleague, Abdel, is a foreign doctor with far more experience than himself. Benjamin will be brutally confronted with his own limits and fears as he is forced to cross swords with patients, their relatives, and with all of the hospital staff. He has only just started out as a doctor. He has only just become an adult.
