In Syria under siege, falling bombs keep hundreds of people trapped in their homes. A mother and her family live in a Damascus apartment. They bravely try to get through their daily routines in the midst of danger and hardship. In a show of solidarity, they offer refuge to a couple and their newborn baby who lived in their building. Debating whether to stay or flee, they face the horrors with hope and courage.
Philippe Van Leeuw's second feature film, following Le Jour où Dieu est parti en voyage (2009).
