"Welcome to Chechnya", Audience Award at the 18th Human Rights Film Festival

The film Welcome to Chechnya (USA, 2020), directed by David France, has been awarded with the Audience Prize to the Best Feature Film at the 18th San Sebastian Human Rights Film Festival, that ends tonight.

Welcome to Chechnya has also won the Amnesty International Award to the Best Feature Film, and Confinés dehors (France, 2020), directed by Julien Goudichaud, the Youth Jury Award to the Best Short Film (3,000 €).

Tonight (20:00) is the Closing Ceremony at the Victoria Eugenia Theater, where the prizes will be given and that will end with the screening of the film Petit pays (France-Belgium, 2020), directed by Éric Barbier.
