Architect-urbanist graduate from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid, specialising in Planning and the Environment. He is a founding partner of the integrated urban planning office, Paisaje Transversal, specialising in collaborative planning and in participatory processes related to the integrated urban planning of cities and territories. He is also currently a lecturer of the Urban Development Department at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid.
