Born in San Sebastian in 1979. She studied at the School of Nursing at the University of the Basque Country (EHU) between 1997 and 2000. She began working at San Sebastian Hospital in 2003, in Paediatrics, spending ten years as a Paediatric Intensive Care nurse before becoming supervisor of the unit. She has since 2016 worked in the administration of different Paediatric departments and areas.
