DIPLOMA

A night in Hebron. The Israeli settlers are celebrating the Purim Festival. Meanwhile, 15-year old Samir insists on accompanying his elder sister, Ayat, to collect her diploma from the university. They have to make their way over the roofs of the city, avoiding the soldiers, the settlers and the foreign journalists.
