Rights of the handicapped

There are almost 4 million people living in Spain with some type of physical, sensorial or psychological handicap which prevents them or makes it difficult for them to lead a normal life.

However, these people come across barriers on everyday which are not related to their impediment or individual difficulty. In many cases, limitations are imposed by the environment or society itself whose attitude still does not meet their rights and demands.
