Other ways of life: Nomads

Our way of life is largely determined by our place of origin and the culture where we grow up and live. In the case of the Western world, with a sedentary way of life, characteristics which define us include the need for a stable home, the over-abundance of material things, stress or individualism.

However, there are other ways of life. Nomad populations, for example, face their daily life with what they stand up in, without possessions which represent a load to transport and a lifestyle which revolves around their family, keeping them together and staying alive.
