Vindicación

“In the street they conjugate the verb ‘to vindicate’” was one of the slogans of the feminist movement in the 70s. Vindicación explores the personal and political, civil rebelliousness and political militancy, feminine and feminist aspects. Vindicación is the personal view of women’s political history towards the end of the 20th century.

Women who experienced the changes of the political transition first-hand narrate their experiences and thoughts with respect to a period that changed the history of Spain to the camera of Susana Koska, director of Mujeres en pie de guerra (2004), the Festival closing film six years ago.
